1. Default position
Because every order delivers digital credentials that you can use immediately, the default position is that all sales are final. Crypto payments cannot be clawed back the way card chargebacks can; once you have the access line, the value has changed hands.
2. When we will refund or replace
We'll either replace the credential line or refund you in LTC, at our discretion, in any of these cases:
- The delivered
email:passwordis rejected on the very first sign-in attempt at the third-party service, AND you tell us within 24 hours of delivery. - The third-party service confirms (in writing, e.g. their support email) that the account was already locked or banned at the time of delivery.
- You paid the exact LTC amount but a software bug on our side caused the order not to be delivered.
3. When we will not refund
- You changed your mind, picked the wrong product, or no longer want it.
- You sent the wrong amount of LTC, sent BTC / ETH / any non-LTC coin to the displayed address, or sent LTC after the 30-minute payment window expired. (We have no way to recover those funds.)
- You used the credentials and were subsequently locked out for reasons unrelated to the initial state of the account (suspicious activity, IP region change, terms violation, etc.).
- More than 24 hours have passed since delivery. We assume working credentials after that window unless you proved otherwise during it.
- You lost or shared your invoice URL. The 256-bit token is the only way to access your order; we deliberately don't store any other identifier.
4. How to request a replacement / refund
Reply to your invoice page (the “Report problem” button, when implemented) or contact the support address shown on the invoice. Include:
- The full invoice URL.
- The product name.
- A short description of what failed (e.g. “Wrong password error on first sign-in attempt”).
- A timestamped screenshot of the rejection from the third-party service.
For LTC refunds, you must provide a Litecoin address you control. We will not refund to a custodial exchange address — too many of them flag inbound transfers from unknown sources, which results in funds being held in your account for weeks.
5. How long
We aim to respond within 48 hours and to issue any approved refund within 5 business days. Network confirmation time on Litecoin is typically < 5 minutes once the transaction is broadcast.
