1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of tier.fo (the “Service”). By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What we sell
We sell access credentials for third-party online services. A credential is a single line in the form email:password that lets you sign in to that service's website. We are not affiliated with any of those services. The listed third-party brand names are used purely for descriptive purposes and remain the property of their owners.
3. How a purchase works
- You add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. No account is required.
- You solve a privacy-respecting proof-of-work challenge (Cap.js) — this is the only anti-bot gate.
- The Service generates a single-use Litecoin address for your order, displays the exact amount to send, and shows you a unique access link in the form
/invoice/<256-bit-token>. - When the on-chain payment confirms (typically 2 blocks ≈ 5 min), your credentials become visible on that invoice page. The link is the only way to access them — there is no other recovery path.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
- You may not use credentials purchased here in any way that violates the third-party service's own terms (we have no relationship with them, but we won't pretend that's our problem either).
- You may not resell, automate scraping of, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
- You may not pay using funds from sanctioned jurisdictions or obviously criminal sources.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD and locked into Litecoin at the rate of the moment when you initiate checkout (sourced from CoinGecko, then pinned to your specific order for 30 minutes). If the payment doesn't arrive in that window, the order expires and you must start over.
We do not accept fiat, credit cards, or any cryptocurrency other than Litecoin (LTC) on the Litecoin mainnet. Sending any other coin or token to the displayed address will result in permanent loss of those funds; we have no way to refund them.
6. Delivery, refunds and disputes
Because the credentials are digital, single-use, and revealed instantly upon successful payment, all sales are final. See our refund policy for the narrow set of cases where a refund is technically possible.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may take it offline for maintenance or terminate it entirely without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific third-party service will continue to honour the credentials you purchased; once delivered, they are yours to use, and what happens on the third party's side is between you and them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the substantive content last changed. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
